The small town of Galva will loom large in country music circles when the Back Road Music Festival returns on Aug. 10. This year's lineup includes hitmakers Wynonna Judd, Tracy Byrd and Collin Raye.

Judd has recorded 19 No. 1 songs on the country music charts, including her hits with the duo the Judds. In 2022, the Judds — Wynonna and her mother, Naomi — were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Wynonna was named "the voice of a generation” by Rolling Stone magazine.

Byrd has recorded 10 studio albums and multiple hit singles. "The Keeper of the Stars" received the Academy of Country Music's "Song of the Year" award.

Raye has placed dozens of singles on the U.S. country music charts since his solo debut in 1991. Among his many hits are "That's My Story."

The Back Road Music Festival draws thousands to the Henry County community, where a natural amphitheater on the grounds affords "a panoramic country view of cornfields and windmills," according to the festival's website.

Tickets for the event are $40 and up and available at etix.com.
